Little is known of Mikhail. The details surrounding his birth were destroyed when the Combine ransacked Moscow, his only known information is that he was born during Soviet-Era Russia. He attended a prestigious College after the Union Crumbled and was a Deans-list student in applied Physics. He seems to be mentally scarred and suffers from Sadism as well as extreme mood swings. He is considered extremely dangerous among the rebels and is responsible for more deaths than any other current DvL.
