At the age of 16, she would intern at a Local Hospital as a nurse. During her brief year as a intern, her medical experience would leave a lasting affect. When the combine invaded, her family was evacuated along with several others through the Metro. She found residence in City 8 for a while. During her stay, she was assaulted and beaten by the CP and was at the brink of death; Vlad, her soon to be husband, stood up and kept her safe until her transfer to City 18. When the Civil Workers Union began loosing doctors to malnutrition, Alexandra stood up and volunteered in City 18. Through City Transfers, hardships, and even the loss of her husband, shes kept strong and done her job.
