Background :
Larry was born to a farming village in Germany in 1974. He moved to America with his parents at the age of 7, and enrolled in public school. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He ranked up steadily to LCpl, where he applied for MSOR Operations. He served 5 tours of duty with MARSOC from 1993-2000. When the Combine invaded, he was among the first to be selected for duty. However, he was cought in a car accident and missed the 7 hour war completely. He is an old native of City 18 and knows the city relatively well.

Larry was announced dead, through investigation CPU have learner he is responsible for the deaths of 3 DvL's, two OTA-ECHO, and was part of the plot to kill Corey Welsh
